Upcoming Accepted Artists Meeting

Mandatory Artists MeetingSeptember 8, 2015 at 6 p.m. Java's at the Market

All accepted artists must attend a meeting on September 8, 2015 at 6 pm on the public market grounds at Java's at the Market. The volunteers will go over show rules, answer questions, and hand out booth assignments at this time. It's a great chance to speak with the volunteers directly about any concerns you may have. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please stay for a few minutes after the meeting to mingle with your fellow artists and enjoy light refreshments. Java's baristas will also be on hand to whip up your favorite caffeinated beverages!

If for some important reason you cannot make the meetings, we will publish the information on a page on the website and send the link to you.
